We are thrilled to read that you found our services excellent but are so sorry to read that DPD let you down. They have been having huge issues with deliveries since Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Royal mail Strikes, Adverse weather conditions...it's actually been a nightmare for us as a small business. Lots of our dear customers haven't received their packages at all and we've had to switch off deliveries to 85 postcodes due to their overloads. We will definitely be reviewing our couriers in the new year in light of this disastrous Christmas.

We're sorry you found the suckling pig belly to be too small. Baby pigs bellies that are still suckling are on average this size, they are slaughter between 2-6 weeks old. We state that the weight is within -/+ 1.1kg which usually gives our buyers an indication of what to expect. Apologies for any confusion. In regards to your delivery we do give our customers the option to choose a specified date and delivery address so that customers can be at home or work when their delivery arrives. DPD also give a specified delivery timeframe window usually an hour, to our customers in order for them to plan around the delivery slot at their convenience.
