We sent emails to all our customers altering them that we would be sending out their orders a day earlier due to the huge courier fiasco that was experienced nationwide during the lead up to Christmas. We did this so that our customers had the best chance of receiving their goods in time for Christmas. Sadly we had many customers whose orders never arrived. We are happy to hear your Truffle Crisps and Snowdonia truffle cheddar cheese arrived to you in good condition despite the ice pack melting.

In regards to delivery charges because we have a perishable account our costs are higher with DPD, we did use to use Royal Mail, however due to the strikes we can no longer use their services for our perishable items.
