We're so sorry you chose the wrong delivery day for your order to be delivered to you, but as shown in your order confirmation your chosen date was the 13th January. If you called us to change this date when you received your order confirmation then we could have changed the date for you, but unfortunately we must go by what the customer chooses. Our couriers also sent out an email confirming that they had your package, if you called us at this point we could have held it back, however we didn't hear anything from you to let us know that you didn't actually want your order on this day. As mentioned to you during our correspondence we are more than happy to refund you on the broken biscuits all we ask for is a photograph showing this. We are still waiting to hear back from you.
