On occasion due to them being a perishable product the mushrooms ideally need to be used as soon as possible once received. We strive to send out our products as fresh as possible and are disappointed this was not the case on this occasion. A member of our team would have been happy to rectify this problem for you and would have exchanged or refunded your mushrooms if you were not satisfied with them.
