We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Unfortunately your order was placed after 11am on our website, meaning that your order was not processed till the next day. As it was a Friday, we could not have shipped your order because it would have compromised the freshness of your product by being held in a depot over the weekend. We have the cut off countdown clock on the website to make this clear to our customers, and we offer Saturday Guaranteed Delivery for orders being processed on Fridays. However, we are sorry if this was not clear enough at the time of your order. We exchanged your choice of frozen steaks for fresh, and we offered you free shipping to bring the overall price down. We try our best to make the steaks as uniformed as possible, but the Picanha Cap joint narrows at one end. I'm really sorry that you feel this way about our product, we endeavour to always give our customers as even a cut as possible. Unfortunately cuts do vary with meat (especially picanha), when this happens we make sure that a customer is given compensation for this. The way we do this is by giving them a larger cuts where we can, we don't usually get complaints about this. But I can completely comprehend how this can be unsatisfactory for you and I am sorry about that.
