We are so sorry to read your review. When you placed your order, if you look at your order details you will clearly see that you purchased frozen shoulders . We have only put them as a fresh product on the 20th Feb. When a product is difficult to source we buy in bulk and then freeze it immediately on the day. Now that there is a steady supply of this product we can now offer them fresh or frozen to our customers. Thank you for your feedback regarding the weight of the shoulders, we will make this more clear on our website. Due to milk fed Pyrenees Lambs only being 4-6 weeks old their shoulders are very small and do not weigh more than +/_ 600 grams each. We do hope you find the shoulders delicious once they're cooked. We've only ever had excellent feedback on the taste of these.

We're so sorry to read your review on the lamb shoulders having to be both de-thawed at the same time. Due to their small size they are generally cooked together, however after your feedback we will look into how we package them when we freeze them so that they are more easily separated. We hope you found them to taste delicious.
