We have recently changed our courier, this is to make our shipping prices more competitive. I have spoken with Parcelforce and they have assured me that they are introducing an arranged window in which they aim to deliver parcels to the customer. I believe our customer service manager has been in contact with you to discuss and explain the the delivery options that we have at Fine Food Specialist; also offering a goodwill gesture where necessary. Ordering before 11am on Thursday ensures that it will be out for delivery on Friday. We do not send perishable items on Fridays as this means they will sit in a warm depot over the weekend. It is great to hear that your thought your order was packed well. We take extra care when packaging eggs because they are so delicate. If you pour boiling water over eggs they do have a tendency to crack as you had said. We always recommend placing them in boiling water gently, and then bringing it back to the boil.
