Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the Wagyu was not as you expected. The steak pictured is a 4-5 grade Wagyu and like any wild product, especially Wagyu where you have the marbled effect there will be some variation. I do hope the steak was delicious regardless. Best, Steph
