Thank you for your feedback, I'm so pleased to hear the snails were still of an excellent quality despite them arriving with you frozen. We do ensure our parcels are packed in ample ice but it appears that on this occasion it wasn't sufficient. We are able to offer an express AM service which will ensure your order is delivered before 12pm which would reduce the risk of this happening again.
