Thank you for your message. I'm ever so sorry to hear that on this occasion your order did not arrive as expected. We do take great care and attention when packing our products, particularly with our frozen goods which are sent with dry ice. I have tracked your order and I can see that the delivery was left with a neighbour at 2:30pm on 25th May, it could possibly be the case that your neighbour, not realising that these were frozen goods left the parcel out. We do stipulate on our site that due to the delicate and perishable nature of our products that you will need to be present to receive delivery. Should you choose to place another order with us we do offer a pre 12pm delivery service, meaning you don't have to lose a day awaiting a parcel. Andrew, Apologies if my initial message wasn't clear. There is absolutely no way your order would have been sent without dry ice. As I mentioned in my initial message, your order was left with a neighbour and it is quite possible that your neighbour, being unaware of the contents left the prawns out and in this time the dry ice would have melted. I appreciate that this is not ideal but we do state on our site that due to the nature of our products it is imperative that you are in to receive delivery to avoid these kinds of incidents.
