I'm ever so sorry to hear your did not go as it should have. I wasn't in the employ of Fine Food Specialist at the time of the order being placed but I have looked at your account and I can see you spoke with my colleague over the phone on the 9th March. Following on from this the flowers were dispatched on Wednesday 7th April for delivery by Friday 9th at the absolute latest. On this occasion it would seem the flowers were sadly lost in the post. I want to make this right by you, whether that is by sending new flowers; issuing a refund or something else.
