We're so sorry to read your review on the Eco gel pack rupturing, We apologise that this was a scary experience for you. Please rest assure that these gel packs are made with a food-grade and bio-biodegradable non-toxic substance. They are completely harmless to you and the environment. Occasionally the outer brown paper may get too wet and therefore split which it appears to have done on this occasion. Although this appears to be a one off we have fed this back to our supplier. We pride ourselves on constantly looking at more eco-friendly ways to deliver our products.
