If you're looking for something bigger and more prime we offer the wagyu rib cab which is a good entry-level experience of our wagyu beef. The off-cuts are not full steaks as listed in the product description, they will come in varying sizes and shapes, as they are off-cut pieces saved from when we cut our full wagyu steaks down. This product is sold by weight (80g) and we are careful to make no promise on the size and shape of the product, owing to the fact they will vary considerably. These off-cuts are generally used for canapes or tasters allowing people to try wagyu without paying full whack.
