We're puzzled by your review as you haven't reached out to us to experience our customer service. We can see that your order was delivered on time and that the Marget Goose Breast we delivered to you was the correct weight. We are confused by your review as the Magret Goose Breast you purchased and received was 270g so the weight was correct, perhaps you wanted the Magret Duck Breast which is larger at 425g? We would never undersell a product, there may be an instance when a cut is smaller than we have advertised, if this is the case, we will always refund the customer the difference in weight.
