Oh dear, we're so sorry to read this review on the Jersey potatoes. These are usually waxy, sweet and delicious. Very little needs to be done to them; boiled, then dressed with salted butter and herbs usually does the trick. We sent a lot of these out the week you ordered them, and haven't received this complaint. We have reached out to you to investigate further.

We check all our products carefully before we send them out. We asked you for images of the 'green' potatoes, as there were no other complaints of this nature. If any products have a quality issue, we need images to show to our quality controller in our fulfilment centre. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and if customers are unhappy, we like to resolve any issues quickly.
