Hi, thank you for your feedback and apologies that you have no had a good experience shopping with us at Fane Valley. We did receive your email over the Easter weekend & our offices were closed on the Monday & Tuesday so we have been catching up on a few customer emails, so it has taken us a little longer than usual to reply. We have also had to contact our supplier to see why the product we received was different to the one we were expecting. They have changed the model of the item you ordered, but failed to inform us so we had not updated the information on our website, that should have been picked up and removed from the website sooner, so we do apologies for that. We are more than happy to issue a full refund for the items you wrongly received and we will be in touch to arrange the details with you.
