Got the older model, not what was shown on the website and in all the videos. Even at full strength, can barely feel the pulses. Feel quite disillusioned.

Good communication and fast service! Easy to use website and order from it! Very good at updating me about my order and clear.
Had a 121 session with Megan. She was great! Very clear instructions, gave me corrections to improve my technique and answered all the questions I had. Would definitely book her classes again.
fantastic customer service! I received a toner which had leaked in transit, after emailing facegym they refunded me for the item. Perfect service and communication!
