Thank you for taking the time to feedback, this is really important to us. Both our ‘How to Claim’ link on our website and the Policy Wording state that you may need ‘itemised repair invoices/receipts/other documents’. Can you please advise whether you are referring to another part of the site or Policy Wording where this was not sufficiently clear? We will happily review any part of our site or sales material.
