Hello Karen, We've noticed you changed your feedback from 5-star to 1-star, even though your review stated 'good product' Was this a mistake or have you had some issues with the product?

Thank you for the feedback, Daniel. We understand some products work for some customers and for others they don't. We try to offer a wide range of options through our site. The photo's you've uploaded look great. As my colleague noted in her email to you, when customers are looking for complete privacy, we recommend adding some shade netting behind the panels.
