However, we’re truly sorry to hear about the last-minute itinerary change and the impact it had on your plans. We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you had carefully arranged to stay overnight in Bath. We appreciate how disruptive it must have been to learn of the change only after the tour had begun, and we regret the inconvenience and added expense this caused.
We acknowledge that not doing Bath last made things difficult for your plans, however we do not always do tours in the order it is written due to time constraints and entry times of locations.
