Thank you for your kind feedback about our reservation team and the crew aboard the barge. We are sorry to hear that another guest was constantly on the phone. We advise that guests keep phone usage to a minimum but this is difficult to enforce. When problems like this occur we do ask guests to make the crew aware so we can try to resolve the problem. European Waterways
