No nonsense and easy to use. All we did was sign the forms where Etico had highlighted and they did all the rest.

Communication was good. I had a positive outcome which was a bonus. Just a little disappointed they were not prepared to take on a challenge to a decision on one of my claims

I have no idea what they did for their fees. Their continual pressure to pay - I met all contractual requirements - bordered on harassment. I informed them of this and said I could not recommend...
