It was the additional charges at the end that somewhat disappointed me as I on,y received half of the refund which should never have been taken in the first instance

Great Company
I have used this company twice and had good results. They are very good at keeping you informed every step of the way. Checking in also periodically when the process is going slow.

We have checked our records and can confirm that your claim was settled back in July. We were able to secure you a refund from HMRC and we paid this to you shortly after. Since then your file has been closed and there are no further outstanding claims for you on our system.
