Excellent service. Well packaged, prompt delivery.
Eternal make offers but when at the checkout the price has changed back to the original price. It,s happened twice now.

Hi Derek, this sounds most odd. Any offers or discount codes cannot change once you reach the checkout. We wonder perhaps if there is some confusion over added expenses such as VAT or shipping which would then amend the price at the checkout. We will be in touch to resolve both these issues with you.

As you know Quartz is one of the hardest gemstones to drill through, one of our small diamond drill bits (www.eternaltools.com/diamond-drill-bits) will be better suited for this application. They have a larger surface area than the core drills.
