Thanks for taking the time to review the small diamond drill bits Susan, and we're pleased to hear they worked a treat, that's great. It's always best to let the drill do the work and use very light pressure, this will ensure your drill bits last longer.  There's always a temptation isn't there to apply more pressure to try and speed up the drilling process but do avoid this. These are great for engraving fine lines such as hair and fur and wispy tendrils.

And if you find any bits of broken pottery or pebbles on your sea glass scavenges then they can also be drilled with these diamond drill bits as well.
