We are extremely sorry that your Silver Alpine Pocket Watch did not meet your expectations, and we're especially disappointed that you felt it was not professionally packed. Our luxury boxes and individually wrapped items usually receive very positive feedback and we go to incredible lengths to deliver a memorable opening experience; however, we will look into how they can be improved further. Also, apologies for not being able to offer the Arabic emoji for "Peace Be Upon Him" - we will research into how this can be added to our character set.
