As far as we are aware, we actually offer the best value for money from any retailer in the market, so we are extremely confidant that you have not been overcharged for this service. However, should a customer not be entirely satisfied with their purchase, then we are one of the only personalised gift retailers to accept returns for a full refund of the product.
