We certainly do. We try and call every customer after they come back from their holiday to discuss how it was and if there's anything we can improve. Whilst we go and audit the properties ourselves, we cannot do and try everything our customers will experience when they're on holiday. So it's good for us to listen to our customers to improve in every possible way.

Thank you for leaving feedback on your holiday - we can only apologise for these issues that you have experienced. We will investigate these issues further, as we haven't been made aware of any issues from our in-resort rep - as you should've had adapted transfers arranged. As for the assistance at the airport, this was arranged (as you received it on the way out) - unfortunately we are at the hands of the airline to pass the information on to the relevant persons at the airport, but we will also investigate this further. We hope that these issues did not affect your holiday.
