Service, staff, food, cabin, dive breifings and sites all were excellent. Emperor Divers has set the bar! I'm coming back and bringing my husband and friends.

We had a lot of wind on the Emperor Elite tour, but the crew of the boat made it happen to get every where and the dive guides (Daniella and Csaba) showed us beautiful reefs.

A very friendly and accomodating staff given the trying weather, but didn't appreciate being 'dumped' in the hotel 29 hours before our flight was due to leave with none of the free facilites we had...

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you had a good safari with us and the team took good care of you. I am very sorry about any confusion about the hotel board at the Hilton. I noticed you booked via an agent who should have explained this to you but in view of your comments I’ll contact all our agents to ensure they tell guests what to expect when an hotel is booked on the final night.
