Thank you for your feedback. I am very pleased you rated the safari as excellent and I understand from the guides that the trip went well. I am very sorry to read your comments about the refresher course and fear there may have been a misunderstanding in what you felt you had booked. We conduct the standard PADI Scuba Review. This course includes a video which the other guest attending wanted to see it, hence the waiting. The review is about skills so we conduct this from the beach. Most agencies recommend a Skills/Scuba review if you have not been diving for 6 months and we assumed this was why you pre-booked the Scuba Review. In hindsight it might have been better for you to book one day of boat diving before your safari rather than a Scuba Review. The course content is decided by PADI and we have to work to those guidelines.
