Many thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry you didn't get your welcome letter. It was given to the hotel reception as usual and we have asked them to be more careful and ensure they are passed on. We have also spoken to your tour operator asking that they provide the pick-up timings as a back up to the letter. We are only just beginning our housereef operation so feedback such as yours will help us improve our service, so I am pleased to get such a thorough response. My apologies that you felt that the trip was poor overall but thanks for the wonderful comments about the diving and for highlighting the team as excellent, I will pass on your comments. We are certainly reviewing possible expansions to the shore diving offerings, and also a special trip system that is more suitable to the Moreen Beach Dive Centre as our current one is really designed for the boat operation. You’re right, a whiteboard is probably the way to go as it is found in many similar setups, and so I hope that on your next visit you find the potential improvements you have identified.
