Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed your vacation with us and I will pass your comments on to the guides and boat crews. It is very disappointing however to hear that you had problems when checking out and that this made for a bad ending to your otherwise good vacation. Payment by credit/debit card is normally without problems here in Egypt but on occasion issues that maybe be with the bank or card can happen as they do elsewhere. I would like to thank you for going to the ATM and getting the cash to cover the bill. The misunderstanding over the amount paid was entirely our fault as the member of staff who had dealt with you at checkout was out of the office and the staff member covering was unaware that an earlier payment had been made. I am glad the matter was resolved during the same call and apologise for this misunderstanding on our part. Your feedback has allowed me to review our systems with our office staff.
