we're glad you enjoyed the week and I note your comments about the lunch price. Our centre in Marsa Alam has never had a price of 50LE for lunch, we always had a euro price, perhaps it was in Sharm where you paid 50LE? We kept the cost as low as possible for as long as possible, we actually collect lunch and drinks monies on behalf of the boat crew who are responsible for buying and preparing the meals. We moved the price to 7.5 euros as a standard across the company earlier this year to reflect rising food and beverage prices and also to standardise some things on each boat - such as individual bottled drinks as oppose to poured from a large bottle - which we felt were important details. That said, we recognise that guests staying with an all inclusive hotel may prefer to bring their own lunch boxes and even drinks, so we offer a range of options for people to add on according to their budget rather than simply including the meals in the price. we're glad that overall you found the trip to be good and thanks for highlighting the staff professionalism and organisation. I sympathise that you found some of the extras to be 'hidden', we do try to clearly explain the charges on our price lists, on the sign up forms, during the first day briefing and also on the special trip leaflets so people can make an informed decision about what trips they want to do. We regularly get excellent feedback about the special trips to sites such as Elphinstone, Dolphin House and the Hamada Wreck, but I really would welcome your feedback as to which trips you did and which did not feel like value for money, and any other comments you would like to make.
