Whole experience was troublefree with regular updates to shipping status. The item purchased seems to be of decent quality and value for money. I will purchase more of the same in near future
I ordered my radiators on a Tuesday and got them on Thursday of the same week . I live in the Outer Hebrides so that was exceptional service.
When the boxes arrived the bottom of one was open....

The box wasnt secure or taped up. It looked like a returned item that was sent out to me as the heater had a small scratch on it. It wasnt wrapped in any way.
I could not recommend this company.
