They should be shut down. The way they operate shouldn’t be legal
It’s criminal how much they charge in fees and interest. Not to mention they took a payment for a fee the same day that I got the loan, then they took the first payment 3 days after I got the loan.

Please note that we assist customers who are unable to secure loans with traditional financial institutions due to lower credit scores. As a result, our interest charges are higher due to the higher risk involved.
Additionally, we scheduled your first payment according to the date you agreed upon in your loan agreement. The e-transfer fees terms were also disclosed in your loan agreement. We apologize for any confusion regarding these fees and the payment date.
