Excellent service. Very quick to send the equipment parts and for advice.
Thank you for your feedback. A replacement will be shipped ASAP. Our manufacturer contracts out a third party carrier to deliver. However they are not authorised to leave goods at different addresses to that on the delivery instructions. Furthermore every delivery must be signed for so must never be left at unattended addresses. This is something that we will need to investigate further because this does not reflect our usual high levels of service.
Would have had excellent but was quoted a price for the spare part different to that on the internet. Price on internet stood. The lady I spoke to was very good
