Thanks for the feedback and really sorry that you did not get the service that you quite rightly expected. Don`t suppose you got the name of the person you spoke with? In the meantime I am going to speak with the whole team about this as it`s so importnat that we give good after care service and I thank you for bringing this to my attention.
