Left it late to order the robe and did not expect to recievs it in time for Christmas

thanks for the feedback and I`m sorry you were not happy with the robe. We do offer two qualities of egyptian robe and the value is not as good as the luxury. However it is half the price and in general our customers feel the robe does offer good value for money. If you did want to return it and exchange it for the better quality, then please don`t hesitate to contact me.

The website had not been updated recently which meant after placing my order I had to exchange phone calls to change my selection. This was, however, dealt with quickly and courteously.

Very sorry to about the problem when opening the robe on Christmas Day. It's not normal for the robes to be like this and this must of slipped through the net at our factory. I will pass your comments on as this is not acceptable. I'm happy to exchange the robe if you want or if you have cut the threads to make the robe as it should be then will offer you a 50% refund.
