Very disappointing. 3 and a half weeks, two phone calls and an e mail, after placing my order, I have still not received it.

First of all let me apologise, as you should of been contacted by a member of staff to advise you that we are currently out of stock. The robes sold very well over Christmas and we have been waiting for a new delivery. I can confirm that we are due to take some new stock next week and rest assured we will send out on a next day service. In the meantime I will refund your postage on the order as a gesture of goodwill.

I was disappointed with the weight of the hooded bathrobe it is not heavy, I would rate it medium. It is nowhere big enough either, it is tagged as XXL, it is maybe XL.
