Item arrived in time and adequately packed. I would have liked better communication to let me know it was being sent & when it might arrive in these uncertain times.

Thank you for your feedback. We have an automated system that sends an email on despatch of the order with the tracking details. I can see this email was populated for your order, these can however sometimes go to spam folders.
