We are sorry to hear about the experience with your preferred Supplier selection from our website. A 2 hour delay is definitely not acceptable and I can confirm that all necessary paperwork was requested upon confirmation of your vehicle.
For clarification we do not accept payment for cross border documentation with our Car Rental Suppliers as this is settled directly with the Supplier.
We will however escalate this to our Key Accounts Manager at Thrifty to address with the relevant department(s) and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
