As I have not had to make a claim, I cannot say how good the service is
They were very helpful when I had to make a change to the policy

Delay in documentation.
All good apart from a delay in receiving our policy documents which I had to chase.

Very easy to use, however the policy and communication from dreamsaver addresses only my male partner and not myself, a woman, who actually purchased the policy and who’s contact details Dreamsaver...
