Outstanding flour.
The best flour you can buy anywhere and it makes delicious bread and cakes. Highly recommended, would not even think about using flour from any other source.

A good fibre rich wholemeal flour that bakes tasty loaves. When mixed with the Cobber gives an addition of a granary type consistency.
