I had a problem with delivery but once I emailed to tell them it was sorted out really swiftly and new blinds were here the next day. Great customer service.

Non receipt

Hi, thank you for your review, and I'm sorry the parcel was slow to be delivered. Having checked the tracking I can see the courier missed the delivery on the 16th due to them 'incorrectly loading' the parcel, but it was delivered the next working day, on Monday. You were sent an email with dispatch information including the tracking information once your order left us, but unfortunately, we're not made aware of failed deliveries until the day after. Thank you for your reply. As you said, I have now received my blinds. Thank you. I will amend my rating, but I haven’t installed the blinds as yet, as they are for a renovation project I am working on so I can’t comment on the quality. Also in early reviews you are unable to comment on the durability only time will tell. But the speed from order to delivery was very impressive and I was delighted you were able to manufacture extra wide blinds.
