Hi there, thank you for your review. I was the person who was dealing with your order, and it was me who spoke with you. I'd like to begin by apologising for the issues your order faced and by stating that we do care about trying to give you the best service possible. However, there are a few points I feel we need to address for some added clarity. The lead time for your order has always been up to 25 working days. This is stated on the product page and your order confirmation email and it has been this way since late last year. This means that your order was delivered within the lead time. The estimated delivery dates that we give are estimates only because we cannot say for certain that the factory won't be delayed by a day or two, stock may be delayed coming into us or the courier is slower than expected in delivering your order. To set a date in stone is to set customers up for disappointment should this not be the case. Please appreciate all orders are bespoke and so we aren't able to absolutely, 100% guarantee any delivery date. Again, this one day delay was well within the quoted lead time. It is unfortunate that the blind that you were sent was incorrect. This was a processing error on our part and it has been rectified to ensure it doesn't happen again. The 10% refund was a gesture of goodwill, but the stock needed to remake the order has been delayed coming into us. This is regretfully something that we are not able to control, however you were informed of this at the earliest opportunity. I apologise that you were not satisfied with your experience with us this time, however, I hope you afford the next company who makes your blinds some patience and understanding. Hi there Ian, I'm sorry to hear that we've joined the masses of companies clogging your inbox with review requests in the hope to better their customer's experience. As you'll see from the email, our review request is primarily for feedback on the service you received, not so much the product, and we've found this is best to do as close to delivery so that customer is able to remember and give us direct feedback. Reviews are very important to us and we genuinely act on the feedback we receive (although I'm not sure what to do with this advice).
