Hi there, thank you for your review. I can see the order confirmation email for your order and the despatch email with tracking information was sent to you, and we recommend all customers get in touch with us if they don't receive their confirmation email within minutes of the order being placed, and this is highlighted on the confirmation page shown immediately after the order is placed.
