Thank you for your review. There are a couple of points in your review that need some clarity, the first one being the sample you received. The slat size of the sample that we sent you was 50mm. This is the biggest slat size we offer, and we always try to provide the largest so that people can clearly see the colours and any texture. However, we will switch to 35mm slat sizes from time to time as and when stock levels dictate. A sample is just that – a taster of the product to help steer your decisions. When placing your order, you had the choice to select either a 35mm or 50mm slat. You opted for a 35mm slat venetian blind, this was confirmed in your order confirmation, and we duly manufactured and delivered your order as per your instructions. The second point we need to clarify is the Right Size Guarantee. As you mention in your review, this is to ‘negate any mistakes when measuring up.’ This shows that you understand the Right Size Guarantee and that you know it is not a catch-all insurance that allows customers to change the colour, blind type or operation. It can only be used to adjust the width and drop measurement of an otherwise like-for-like blind. The full details of our Right Size Guarantee are listed on every product page and have a dedicated page clearly showing the terms and conditions. Whilst I appreciate your frustration, the onus is on the customer to check they have entered the correct information at the time of ordering because being made to measure, our products are non-returnable or refundable.

Thank you so much for your kind words and review! You're absolutely correct for taking advantage of our free fabric samples, they give you a chance to see the fabric in person before ordering so you can make sure you get it absolutely right.

Hi Catherine, thank you for your review. I'm sorry the replacement louvre slats were not as expected. I can see you ordered the Palermo fabric which is a dimout fabric and naturally very thin and relatively see-through (to allow light to pass through the fabric instead of blocking it out completely). A free fabric sample would have demonstrated the thickness of the fabric and opacity and you would have been able to see this in person before placing your order.
