Hi there, thank you for your review. At the time your bifold door blinds were manufactured there was no central punch for a blind of your size as this was how they were made. We have since changed the tolerances and we now include a central punch in blinds of those sizes. This is standard practice for any manufacturing process, and it can always change as and when new information comes into us in order for us to fine-tune the products we supply. We’re not able to accept the order as rejected because we have never stated whether the blinds will or will not have a central punch and there is no manufacturing defect. However, when you got in touch with us to say your fabric was bulging, we offered you a solution (which was to add the extra line of cords), however, you refused to accept it. Likewise, we require any issues to be logged with us within 7 days of receiving the order, but you alerted us to this after 3 months, still we offered to do the adjustment for you for free of charge, yet you still wouldn't accept this. Due to the made to measure nature of our products you are not entitled to a refund and we welcome you to get in touch to discuss us collecting your blinds and adding an extra run of cords.

Hi Andrew, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and I'm pleased to hear you're happy with your blind. With regards to the delay your order experienced, this was due to a stock issue and a delay of the stock coming into us. We notified you of this delay straight away and presented you with the choice of swapping to a different colour, cancelling the order or keeping it in the system. You chose to keep it in the system and wait for the stock to arrive, and we updated you with any developments as we found out. As soon as the stock arrived your order was the first to be made and despatched.

Hi there, thank you for your review and feedback. Sorry to hear you're not happy with the delivery charge. We offer free shipping for orders under £199, and we regularly compare our shipping charge against our competitors to ensure we're in line with the industry, which the £9.99 is. Likewise, having this charge ensures we can keep the price of our products as low as possible without trying to include shipping costs within the products, which would inflate the prices and you'd end up paying more per product than just with a set shipping fee added at the end.
