Hi there, thank you for your review. For clarity, our 0800 phone number is a free phone number and not a premium number. We don't supply screws with any of our products, and we stopped supplying screws with our blinds in July. As a result, some old stock is still sent with screws, however, these are not something we actively look to send out. We don't send out screws because the settings and surfaces our blinds are fitted to vary so much that it was no longer feasible for us to supply screws and rawl plugs with every blind because should the wrong fitting be used this can cause damage to the surface or blind.
