Thank you for your review, and I'm glad the blind is up and looking good. We're not sure what you mean about it not arriving on within 5 working days. I've just checked your order and I can see it was delivered on the 29th of November, which is the fifth working day, as quoted in the lead times on our website. It can be delivered up to and on the last day in the lead time.

Hi Jonathan, thank you for your review. I'm sorry your samples haven't arrived with you yet. I can see they were first sent on the 25th of November, and when our follow-up call established they hadn't arrived yet, we resent them on the 30th. Whilst there was no delay on our part in dispatching these samples in the first class post, the postal system is slow at the moment, and I can only apologise that your samples haven't arrived with you in a timely manner.
